What is the TradeCom Programme?

The TradeCom programme, also referred to as the TradeCom Facility, is an ACP Group Programme financed by the European Development Fund.

It is divided in three main and complementary components:

• Component 1: Formulation of trade policies
• Component 2: Trade negotiations
• Component 3: Implementation of trade policies and international trade agreements
