A. ACP Countries
All 79 countries and their government bodies are potential beneficiaries of the TradeCom Facility.

B. Regional Integration Organisations
These include the following organisations:

• Caribbean Community (CARICOM)
• Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS)
• Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA)
• Southern African Development Community (SADC)
• African Union Commission (AU)
• Pacific Islands Forum (PIF)
• West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU)
• Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)
• Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC)

C. Other beneficiaries
Other potential beneficiaries of the TradeCom Facility are:

• Universities and other training and educational institutions
• Non-governmental organisations mainly active in trade-related issues
• Organisations duly representative of the business sector, such as chambers of commerce and professional associations, and
• Organisations duly representative of consumers or other actors of the civil society involved mainly in trade-related issues
